About AccessGP: Your Online GP Service
AccessGP is a UK-based, CQC-registered private online GP service created by NHS-trained doctors who believe healthcare should be simple, personal and accessible, wherever you are.
Because we understand that time and trust matter, we’ve designed a service that lets you speak to a GP quickly, receive clear medical advice and access referrals, treatments and tests without the wait.
“I started AccessGP because I believe healthcare can, and should, feel different. For too long, patients have felt rushed, unheard and left to navigate their health alone. I’ve seen first-hand how powerful it is when we take the time to really listen, understand the whole person and support them not just in sickness but in health.
At AccessGP, we’re building something better: a modern, GP-led online healthcare service that’s personal, evidence-based and rooted in lifestyle medicine.
Whether you need quick medical advice, follow-up care, or long-term health support, our doctors are here to help you feel better, live better and stay well for longer..
Thank you for trusting us with your care; we won’t take that lightly.”

Our Cambridgeshire Headquarters

Although our service is fully online, many people look for a private GP near them who offers fast access and consistent care. Our Cambridgeshire headquarters act as the central hub for clinical governance, patient safety, data protection, and the smooth running of appointments for patients across England. It provides a clear home for the service and reassures patients that they are being supported by an established, UK based medical team.
Being rooted in Cambridgeshire also allows us to build links with local partners, regional healthcare organisations, and community initiatives, while continuing to offer a convenient online private GP service to patients wherever they live. Whether someone is searching for a private doctor in Cambridge or a reliable online GP appointment from elsewhere in England, our aim is to provide safe, accessible, high quality care guided by up to date clinical standards.
