We ship your ExSeed® Home Sperm Test Kit directly to your door. Each kit includes two tests so you can measure your sperm quality twice, which helps account for natural fluctuations.

How accurate is the ExSeed® test?
The ExSeed Home Sperm Test uses advanced optics and analysis aligned with World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines for semen quality. Do I need a GP consultation?
We really advise you speak about your semen analysis with a GP — our service is designed to combine the convenience of home testing with professional medical advice. Male fertility is affected by many factors, and our GPs can help you understand your results in context and plan next steps.
Can I use it if I’m not trying to conceive yet?
Absolutely. Sperm health can reflect your overall health and lifestyle, and it can take months to improve. Many men use this test proactively — to check their baseline and make changes early if needed.
How many tests are in the kit?
Each kit includes two tests, so you can test your sperm health on two different occasions. This is recommended because sperm quality naturally fluctuates day-to-day, and two tests give a more reliable picture.
What does the ExSeed® app show me?

How quickly will I get my results?
Results appear on the app within minutes of testing. Your AccessGP GP consultation will usually be booked within 1–2 working days after you submit your results to us.
AccessGP Refund & Exchange Policy – ExSeed® Home Sperm Test Kit
At AccessGP, we want you to feel secure when ordering your ExSeed® test. As the point of purchase, AccessGP manages refunds and returns in line with ExSeed’s policies.
Cancellations
- Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
Returns & Refunds
- Unopened kits – You may return your kit for a refund if it is unused and unopened. Please notify us within 14 days of delivery.
- Opened/used kits – For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once a kit has been opened or used.
- Damaged, faulty, or incorrect kits – If your kit arrives defective, damaged, or the wrong item is sent, we will provide a free replacement or full refund. To help us resolve quickly, we may ask for photographic evidence.
Exchanges
- If your kit is faulty or damaged, we will arrange an exchange where appropriate.

- If you experience difficulties using the kit or accessing your results, support is available directly via the ExSeed® app chat function or via email (support@exseedhealth.com), or you can contact AccessGP.
- In most cases, issues are resolved with technical support or a replacement, rather than a refund.
Exclusions

- The product has been opened or used.
- The kit has been damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
- Requests are made outside the stated return window.
