Conditions We Treat in the Skin Clinic

Our online Skin Clinic provides safe, GP-led dermatology care for adult medical skin conditions. We focus on evidence based assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning that can be safely managed through photo review and video consultation.

Dr Trigell’s experience in primary care and dermatology allows the clinic to support a wide range of skin, hair, nail and scalp concerns.

Avoid Long Waiting Times

Skin problems can have a real impact on confidence, comfort and quality of life, yet many adults wait weeks or even months to see a GP or skin specialist. Delays often mean symptoms worsen, treatments are postponed and flare ups become harder to control.

The AccessGP Skin Clinic offers a faster, more personalised way to get help.
Your request is reviewed within one working day and most video appointments with Dr Anna Trigell are available within a few days, not weeks.

Our GP led service combines clinical expertise with a modern digital approach, allowing you to access high quality skin care from home. You receive tailored guidance, safe prescribing and a clear plan without long waiting lists or unnecessary delays.

This allows you to take control of your skin health sooner and start improving your symptoms straight away.

How to Take Good Skin Photos

Use natural daylight

Take photos near a window in bright, indirect daylight. Avoid flash or warm indoor lighting so the skin appears true to colour and texture.

Take three views

Upload a close-up shot, a mid-range photo and a wider image that shows where the area sits on the body for better clinical accuracy.

Keep it steady and in focus

Hold your phone with both hands or stabilise it on a surface. Tap to focus on the skin before taking the photo to keep details sharp.
