Urgent medical concerns
AccessGP is not an emergency service.
If you feel seriously unwell or believe your condition may be life-threatening, please contact NHS 111, attend your nearest Emergency Department or call 999 immediately.
1. How to log in
You can log in to your AccessGP Plus account any time using the link below.
Once logged in, you’ll be able to view your account details, manage your membership, and access the members area.
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it directly on the login page.
2. How to book an appointment
When logged in, click the “Book” button on the main menu or visit the Members Area directly.
From there, you can:
- Book same-day or next-day GP appointments.
- Access your account and manage it.
- Request 20% off any blood test as a valued member.
3. How to cancel your membership
You can cancel or pause your AccessGP Plus membership at any time.
Simply:
- Log in to your Account
- Go to Subscriptions
- Select Pause or Cancel next to your active membership
Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You won’t be charged again unless you choose to reactivate.
4. How to change your password or details
To update your personal information or password:
- Log in to your Account
- From here you can simply change your username (email) or password
- Save your changes
For security reasons, passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include a mix of letters and numbers.
5. Reactivating your membership
If you’ve previously cancelled your plan and wish to return, simply log back in and re-subscribe through the Account page.
Your past account details will remain linked, so you won’t need to re-enter everything from scratch.
There is no additional fee for reactivating an account.
