Skin Conditions & Rash Consultations Online
Fast GP advice for acne, eczema, dermatitis, and other common skin problems, all from home.
AccessGP offers online GP consultations for a wide range of skin conditions including acne, eczema, dermatitis, mild infections, and insect bites.
Our GPs can assess your symptoms, provide safe treatment and arrange referrals if specialist care is required.
We focus on primary care management, helping you access the right advice quickly, safely, and conveniently.
⚠️ Important: When to seek urgent face-to-face assessment.
If you notice a new or changing mole, a rapidly growing, crusting, or bleeding lesion, or any skin change that looks suspicious for cancer, please arrange an urgent in-person medical review through your GP or NHS 111.
AccessGP cannot diagnose skin cancer or perform dermoscopic assessment remotely.
Our service is suitable for mild to moderate skin conditions that can be managed in primary care such as acne, eczema, rashes, or minor infections.
We do not prescribe dermatology-only specialist medicines including isotretinoin or biologics.
