Our service is suitable for mild to moderate skin conditions that can be managed in primary care such as acne, eczema, rashes, or minor infections.
We do not prescribe dermatology-only specialist medicines including isotretinoin or biologics.

Can you diagnose skin cancer online?

No. Skin cancer cannot be reliably diagnosed through video or photo.
If you have a new or changing mole, a rapidly growing lesion, or something that looks suspicious, please arrange an urgent in-person review via your GP or NHS 111.

Can you prescribe acne medication?

Yes, we can prescribe GP-safe topical or mild oral treatments.
We do not prescribe specialist-only medications such as isotretinoin (Roaccutane).

Can I get a referral to a dermatologist?

Yes. If your GP feels you need further investigation, we can provide a private referral letter for specialist review.

Can I show my rash or skin problem during a video call?

Yes, you can upload clear photos beforehand in minutes as well as show the affected area on camera during your appointment.
